We will begin in Cusco, visit mysterious ancient cities, ruins, markets and temples with vibrant and colorful Quechua guides in Cusco and all of the mountain villages, participate in authentic ancient ceremonies, learn about medicinal herbs and practices, study Andean culture and cosmology, and hike, practice yoga, and meditate in a Buddhist Monastery and at Machu Picchu for two full days each.
